Timetable
Provisional timetable for creating the Keyworth Village Plan within 18 months from December 2007:
- January 2008: Set up Action Groups.
- March 2008: Action Groups formulate questions for consultation, then issue questionnaires to residents.
- May 2008: Deadline for questionnaire returns.
- June 2008: Action Groups collate and analyse questionnaires.
- Village Show 2008: Feedback on questionnaires is provided to residents.
- September 2008: Action Groups begin to formulate actions and responses.
- December 2008: Steering Group creates a draft version of the Village Plan.
- January 2009: Consultation begins on a draft version of the Village Plan.
- June 2009: Steering Group publishes the final version of the Village Plan.
Please be aware this is a provisional timetable. It is more important to get things right than to stick rigidly to any timescale we have imposed upon ourselves!
